Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with prior experience with crypto audiences and partners who can build and develop these key business relationships
- 5-7+ YOE in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech businesses, particularly app-based businesses
- Proven track record of developing and launching affiliate marketing programs at global scale
- Deep understanding of affiliate partnership ecosystem in crypto (publishers, KOLs, influencers)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Data and managing external agencies
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits through branded content
- Passion for crypto, web3, and the future of decentralized finance (or a willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the space)
What the job involves
- The Growth Partnerships Lead drives growth and customer acquisition by building and optimizing Phantom's global affiliate program from zero to one
- This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of affiliates, influencers, KOLs, and content partners who can effectively promote Phantom products to their audiences
- Program management: Develop and implement strategies to build the inaugural affiliate program and drive new funded wallets and traders on Phantom
- Partner recruitment: Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners, including content creators, influencers, KOLs, and financial publishers
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier affiliates, offering support, guidance, and incentives to maximize their performance
- Performance analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance using key metrics such as clicks, conversions, ROI, and revenue. Use these insights to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
- Content collaboration: Work with affiliates to create high-impact promotional content, such as reviews, guides, and tutorials, that effectively communicates Phantoms value proposition
- Tool management: Leverage affiliate tracking software (Impact, which Phantom uses for its program) to manage assets, track performance, and process payments. Own roadmap for technology improvements and event pipeline

Many crypto enthusiasts prefer the wallet option as non-custodial wallets remove the third-party option and users gain full control over their data. Phantom is a cryptocurrency wallet that creates a space for users to buy, send, receive, swap tokens and collect NFTs.
Phantom hosts the Solana blockchain, though Ethereum is generally more popular within the crypto world, Solana is said to have faster speeds and lower transaction costs. Offering the same wallet features as its competitors, the company are setting itself apart with newer features like the “Burn NFTs” feature allowing users to remove spam NFTs sent by attackers and support them in dodging NFT theft prevalent in the sector. The company prides itself on extremely high-security factors.
Founded in 2021 the company already has an impressive firm valuation of $1.2 billion. It might not be in the top-rated crypto wallets out there yet but the young company will likely join this list if it continues on this upward trajectory and continues to diversify itself by adding special features and product offerings.
