Who you are

At least ten 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, supporting a SaaS sales organization's business process and system design
Advanced knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx, and administering enterprise reporting tools, SQL databases & CRM systems
Experience integrating and implementing various sales/service tools and systems
Experience managing professional staff
Ability to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applications
Skilled at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Ability to see ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Master’s in business administration (MBA) a plus

What the job involves

The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations Systems is the face of the CRM systems responsible for ensuring these tools provide maximum utility and scalability for the Revenue organization
They are responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the tools used throughout the organization and play a pivotal role in ensuring team members have effective tools as well as accurate, useful, and timely information to perform their duties
The Revenue Operations team’s success is measured by our ability to enable the organization to operate efficiently and translate strategy into tactics
We are also responsible for coordinating across functions to build processes that enable Pax8 to scale to meet long-range growth plans
The Sr. Manager is a trusted adviser and business partner to foster alignment between Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, IT, and other teams to enable efficient sales execution
Collaborate cross functionally to develop and optimize systems to ensure the organization’s CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other platforms are integrated and deliver value in a scalable/flexible fashion
Manage processes used to support department activities, acting as the resident expert. Recommend improvements, especially related to data quality and systems
Work directly with colleagues across the organization to ensure the information in these systems is accurate and up to date
Team with Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to implement best practices and maximize utilization of Pax8’s systems
Lead efforts to define business requirements for standardized approaches toward managing data integrity; Analyze data to proactively identify variances and correct records to present one version of the truth and diagnose improvements for the business
Provide day-to-day management and career development for assigned team members
Mentor and support colleagues on best practices and the use of advanced techniques
Guide the team through shifting priorities and changing KPIs

Pax8 provides an online marketplace for cloud-based software, allowing businesses to order, bill, manage, and provision cloud products within a single place. The marketplace contains a curated catalogue of cloud providers, a license management dashboard, demo infrastructure and tools for billing and invoicing, ultimately ensuring that users do not need to navigate outside the platform to manage their cloud software inventory.

Whilst many of the services provided by Pax8 are already included in cloud software applications, the company has made the smart move of partnering with software providers such as Bam Boom Cloud to unify all management tools into a single platform. By ensuring companies can browse, purchase, and manage cloud solutions within the marketplace, the company aims to increase accessibility and minimise complexities associated with cloud computing.
