Who you are
- Are you fascinated by the movie and streaming industry? Do you want to work with the largest movie studios and streaming companies on complex online campaign setups, promoting their latest releases, and reaching millions of movie fans in over 140 countries?
- 2+ years of professional experience in paid online marketing
- Good handling of industry-standard tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc. DV360 experience comes as a plus
- Practical experience in running A/B tests, advertising material optimization, and basic knowledge of statistics
- Great understanding of ad tracking, conversion optimization, and the implementation of pixels
- Experience in global markets is a big plus
- Excellent conduct in English. Any additional language is a big plus

What the job involves
- Independent setup, monitoring, and optimization of media campaigns on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and similar channels for all types of movies and series
- Develop and implement tests, and contribute ideas on how to improve our campaign performance
- Create offers, reports, and campaign insights that deliver real value to our clients
- Communicate with film studios, streaming providers, and media agencies to ensure a smooth campaign execution
- Handle low ad performance or creative disapproval situations
- Conduct market research and user surveys to reveal a title's potential success far ahead of its release
Our take
For years, JustWatch served as a global streaming guide, simplifying the search for shows across platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. On top of this, it leveraged user data to run targeted movie marketing campaigns.
However, in the 2020s, JustWatch introduces a significant upgrade. Following in the footsteps of Plex and Reelgood, users can now seamlessly search, access, and receive recommendations from all their streaming services within a single app.
Remarkably, despite minimal external funding since its 2014 inception, JustWatch has expanded into approximately 60 markets with a team exceeding a hundred members. As the streaming services market becomes increasingly diverse and fragmented, JustWatch finds itself in a promising position to capitalize on these developments.
