Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years professional experience working with Typescript (Svelte on the front-end and Node.js on the backend is ideal)
- Experience releasing apps in a cloud environment like AWS
- Ability to build UI components from concept designs and wireframes
- Ideal: Experience working in the martech space
- Our tech stack includes: Node, Svelte, TypeScript, Temporal, Postgres, ClickHouse, AWS (via Terraform), Cloudflare, Vercel, Langfuse
- We hope you’re comfortable with a few of these, but more importantly, we value the desire to learn
What the job involves
- As a member of our engineering team you will be directly involved in every aspect of our development lifecycle. From building new features and fixing impactful bugs, to helping design and plan the future of our platform. We have a backlog full of interesting and impactful work to pick up
- You will be joining us at a crucial stage of our company's journey as we scale our product to meet market demand. This is a unique chance to have a direct and immediate impact, as you will own and build features based on real-time customer feedback
- Additionally, not every problem you'll face will have a clear solution. You'll need to weigh potential approaches, work with your teammates to identify pitfalls, and deliver true value to our customers. As part of our small team, you'll also have the opportunity to wear many different hats
- This role pays a competitive salary and equity and reports directly to our CTO
- Be actively involved in the build, deployment, and continuous improvement of our software platform as it relates to both front-end and back-end web development
- Participate in code reviews and thoughtfully provide constructive feedback
- Use your knowledge of current industry coding standards, tools, and best practices to write clean and efficient code
- Collaborate effectively with other teams and architects to solve complex problems
- Work with designers and PMs to create delightful products
- Believe in a culture of experimentation while developing production-grade products and platforms

- Extensible integrations into platforms using modern patterns like MCPs
- Agentic handling of social media comments for brands
- Deep integrations in social platforms like Reddit and Instagram
