Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SMB segment, possessing a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven ability to meet revenue targets
- 3+ years of experience managing direct sellers, preferably within the SMB segment, with a proven track record of delivering sales targets. Ability to lead and mentor a small team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
- An effective communicator who can convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at various levels and is comfortable leading large group meetings with internal teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize short, medium, and long-term goals and effectively align team priorities with business objectives
- Skilled at building relationships, both internally and externally, fostering trust, and engaging with clients beyond transactional conversations
- Detail-oriented and data-savvy, with the ability to manage forecasts, analyze sales performance, and utilize CRM systems to optimize results (Salesforce preferred) and other sales analytics tools to drive performance
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and executing sales strategies that contribute to business growth
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
