What the job involves
- You will join a team of Account Executives and benefit from a strong support system in London and our other offices.
- Your efforts will help us expand as we establish a stronger market presence.
- You’ll receive thorough onboarding and join our wider sales team, whose enthusiasm provides daily encouragement
- Book and run meetings with stakeholders, managing the full sales cycle
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, measured against personal and team goals
- Contribute both socially and professionally to a strong team culture in the office
- Thrive on achieving ambitious personal goals and benefiting from regular coaching

- The recruitment process starts with an interview with Jonathan, the hiring manager
- This is followed by a personality and logic test, then the case assignment and case interview
- The final step will be a meeting with Aleksandra from the People team

Oneflow is reimagining the contract workflow, by developing, selling and implementing digital contract management and automation systems. With Oneflow, clients can use a single platform across all teams in their organisations to effortlessly sign contracts digitally, eliminating potential risks and ultimately reducing overall costs.
In 2022 the company focused on further expanding its operation by opening offices in London, Amsterdam, and Paris. It also released Oneflow AI in 2024, a package of pre-trained AIs that can write, analyse and review contracts. While there are many local and global e-signature players, the market for digital contracts has huge room for potential, and this is something Oneflow is hoping to take further advantage of in the years to come.
