Who you are

Are you a highly organised and driven individual with the desire to take ownership of this newly created Sales Coordinator role that arisen off the back of continued growth and success?
You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow process.
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that key target dates are delivered on and that documentation is correctly completed and submitted on time.
You will have can-do attitude, be reliable, and flexible.

What the job involves

Ensuring that RFP's are successfully submitted, that key target dates are delivered on and that all documentation is correctly completed and submitted on time.
Provide general administrative support to the sales / bid team, including administration of Generis' CRM system.
Coordinate all key stages of the sales/bid process, monitoring upcoming deadlines, checking documents prior to submission.
