- At least 6-7 years of professional experience on Unity or other game engines

What the job involves
- As the Technical Director for our new mobile Match-3 game studio, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the game’s development from inception to launch.
- You will lead a team of engineers and work closely with designers, artists, and product managers to ensure the game is built to the highest standards. Your role will involve making key technical decisions, optimizing game performance, and ensuring the smooth integration of new features
- Hire, lead and manage a team of engineers in the creation of a new mobile Match-3 game
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the development team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project milestones
- Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of the game’s codebase from the ground up
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of the game
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices
- Develop and implement core gameplay systems and features for a match 3 game
- Optimize game performance for various mobile devices
- Work with the art and design teams to integrate assets and animations seamlessly
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges during the development process
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Innovate and implement new features to enhance the gameplay experience
- Assist in project planning and resource allocation for the new studio

- Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
