Who you are
- Student (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business, Finance, Analytics or Engineering
- Strong interest in the healthcare sector and/or tech (software/SaaS)
- Technical understanding and aptitude for learning software systems
- Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong analytic skills and ability to take a step back, you are capable of analyzing processes, identifying optimization areas, and making data-driven decisions

- You speak fluently French & English

What the job involves
- Artificial Intelligence & Big Data lead to paramount progresses in Healthcare, and Implicity has a leading position to shape the future of Cardiology
- Implicity created a SaaS cloud-based & AI-driven platform, that automates the cardiac remote monitoring of:
- Implanted devices, like pacemakers, defibrillators, etc
- External devices, like weight scales for instance
- Implicity remote monitoring platform was designed by Dr Arnaud Rosier, cardiologist, to provide hospitals with a complete solution to effectively monitor their patients
- Medical teams can now have a far better focus on prevention/treatment, bringing the best care at the best time, instead of struggling in admin/data burden
- No other company in the world is able to compete with their:
- Exhaustive real-time data collection / aggregation across vendors
- UX design
- Powerful algorithms, that bring the greatest support to cardiologists for diagnostics
- The predictive algorithm brings a preventive dimension to the monitoring of cardiac rhythm diseases, heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases

- We are looking for a 4-6 month internship, starting ASAP or by September
- Working closely with our Customer Success team, and under the direct supervision of Julie, you will provide valuable support on the following missions:
- 1. Customer follow-up
- Actively contribute to the follow-up of our existing customers, helping with reporting preparation, database updates, and presentation creation
- Assist with customers’ visits and internal meetings, allowing you to understand the commercial and relational stakes in the field
- Help the team maintain strong relationships with our customers, participating in understanding their unique needs and challenges
- 2. Customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email), guiding them and providing initial answers to platform usage questions
- Assist the team in preparing training materials and usage guides, thereby contributing to educating our clients on our solutions
- 3. Internal project management and optimization
- Take part in cross-functional projects aimed at improving our internal processes and the operational efficiency of the Customer Success team
- Identify opportunities for tool and method improvements to make customer support more scalable
- Contribute to collecting and synthesizing customer feedback to relay to the Product team
- At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills
- Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets

Our take
The MedTech boom has seen many innovations through the 2010s, and Implicity, a remote patient monitoring and cardiac data management company, has definitely had a clear lineage of growth since its founding in 2016.
Implicity develops software to monitor and analyze the information from pacemakers and cardiovascular devices to aid physicians and healthcare professionals through all stages of a patient’s treatment. However, maintaining growth on one product alone is hard, especially with so much MedTech competition. Implicity remedies this with its other product, a data analysis platform that uses AI and cloud technology to analyze the devices linked up to its aforementioned pacemaker and cardio health platform. Implicity leverages this data for use in patient management, clinical studies, and R&D.
Playing both fields of MedTech has diversified the draw for hospitals and companies to Implicity. It continues to update and diversify the double offering via updates to its systems with the company hoping to exemplify the continued innovation that is key to MedTech company growth.
