Role
Who you are
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You are an enrolled student looking for a working student position
- You are available for a period of at least six months
- You have a proactive, hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership
- You have first-hand experience and curiosity in using AI tools
- You have an interest in SaaS, go-to-market execution, and new technologies
- Experience with SaaS, sales support, or market entry projects is a plus, but not required
What the job involves
- We are looking for a motivated Dutch speaking Working Student to support our Netherlands market expansion. In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing and operations in the Dutch market and gain hands-on experience in SaaS growth, go-to-market execution, and practical AI use cases
- You will support the HERO team in successfully launching and scaling HERO in the Dutch market and help apply AI tools in day-to-day market expansion work. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing demo accounts for Dutch leads to showcase HERO in the best possible way
- Supporting the Netherlands team with project management and operational tasks
- Collecting customer feedback via video calls and helping structure and summarise insights
- Using and experimenting with AI tools to support research, documentation, analysis, and process optimisation
