- Have work experience in a customer-facing success, support, and/or account management role
- Patient and detail-oriented, able to adapt your style to match the training needs of our customers

- Like to dig into processes and find opportunities to improve workflows

What the job involves
- The opportunity to set and build the overall vision and strategic plan for Customer Success at Attio focusing on:
- Leading a positive customer experience from onboarding to support throughout contracts
- Driving growth through revenue retention and account expansion
- Shaping the customer onboarding process to give new users an unforgettable experience
- Defining different levels of interactions & touch points according to account size and future potential
- Becoming an expert on setting up Attio for popular use cases and solving for common business problems
- Driving product addoption
- Designing data-driven processes to continually improve and accelerate current customer outcomes and growth
- Implementing the best practices (tools, methodologies) for customer health monitoring
- Identifying key metrics to find opportunities to deepen Attio's impact with customers
- Creating action plans to ensure we take early remedial actions if things are not going to plan
- Being involved in building the processes and supporting materials that make the customer experience effortless and delightful, including product demos, training, videos and documentation
- Building and delivering world-class customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle
