Who you are
- Experience in fintech, payments, or digital banking, with a strong background in B2B sales
- Proven ability to manage and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple markets
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing large, complex deals
- Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Ability to engage and negotiate with senior decision-makers
What the job involves
- We provide businesses with seamless financial tools, competitive FX rates, highest interest rates and efficient banking solutions
- As we expand, we are looking for a Head of Sales to build and scale our sales function across multiple European markets
- Build and lead a team, ensuring revenue targets and market performance goals are met
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to nurturing high-value deals
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for small and mid-market accounts
- Drive multi-channel sales campaigns, working closely with marketing, product and other teams
- Manage complex deal structuring for high-value clients, engaging directly with C-suite professionals
- Optimize inbound and outbound initiatives to increase conversion and retention
