Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, related field OR equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing focused on multi-channel integration strategy development and implementation that incorporates consumer behavior, lifecycle marketing, performance metrics and successful conversion methodology
- 7+ years of account management and client service experience
- 5+ years of experience with digital media
- Highly developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, able to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with data analysis
- Experience working with business applications; MS Office Suite required
What the job involves
- Develop and implement marketing objectives and strategies that sets Fuel Rewards apart from competitors and creates a strong position for market growth and recognition across all promotional channels
- Manage all aspects of consumer engagement campaigns for Fuel Rewards including email, Push/SMS/In-App, digital, social, and other content development as needed
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to gather and assess a wide array of data to discover trends and insights that can be used to develop short- and long-term marketing strategies to position the Fuel Rewards brand and drive gallon consumption
- Assess the member experience, journey and challebges to improve member health and engagement Identify potential user experience enhancements across all assets that drive better overall consumer engagement
- Collaborate with Shell and coalition partners to define program objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish tactical approach
- Develop and execute tactical plans to drive consumer usage on behalf of retailer on an ongoing basis
- Manage daily workflow on the creation and deployment of all CRM campaigns
- Maintain knowledge on CRM trends, best practices, technologies, and privacy laws
- Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with Creative Services team to successfully translate into collateral and campaigns
- Lead customer interactions on a day-to-day basis
- Assemble strategic insights and recommendations into presentation materials for mid-level customers
