Data & Insights Executive, Multiverse

• 3+ years of proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst with a strong analytical focus, or in a similar data-centric role
• Excellent capability in G-sheets, SQL proficiency a plus
• Demonstrated experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) and the ability to create impactful and insightful dashboards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey data insights to diverse audiences. Ideally experience in enabling/upskilling operational teams to use new data tools
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine curiosity about data and a passion for using it to drive positive change

• Leveraging your skills, you will not only build and maintain business critical reporting capabilities, you’ll play an important role in improving our ability to self-serve analysis to multiple stakeholders
• This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced environment where your analytical skills will support clients, candidates and internal team members to understand progress with our fulfilment operations, spotting areas of continuous improvement and automation
• Act as a partner within the Fulfilment Operations team to understand data requirements and build tools and resources that help our team work smarter
• You will extract, clean and prepare large and complex datasets from various sources for analysis helping to direct action and focus for continuous improvement
• Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within our fulfilment motion, playing an important role in helping us achieve our ambitious targets for the year ahead
• Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting dashboards using tools such as G-sheets, Metabase, Tableau and Salesforce to streamline reporting to senior leaders within the business
• Communicate complex data findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences through compelling visualisations and presentations
• Proactively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies
• Run internal enablement and provide support for team members to ensure they understand and adopt the tools you build
