• At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics
• Familiarity with data mining techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making
• No formal project management experience is required, but having good organizational skills is a plus

• We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of Product and Operations, helping measure and improve our platform's performance.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers, you'll deliver actionable insights through compelling dashboards and periodic reports, enabling smarter decisions for both our internal teams and clients
• Partner with Product Managers to define and create insightful graphs, reports, and analytics for the platform
• Build and implement these analytics using Looker, ensuring seamless integration into production
• Collaborate with the Database Analysts to optimize data extraction, ensuring all relevant data is accessible for analysis
• Work with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards
• Advocate for and adhere to data guidelines, best practices, and standards
