Sales Account Rep, Amazon

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience

• Amazon is seeking a Sales Account Representative to join the Libraries and Non-profit sales team
• In this role, the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer's entire sales journey, including sales calls, product demonstrations, pricing and order placement for book-related products
• The position also maintains strong collaborative partnerships with Amazon Business Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Drive book program sales in assigned states while prospecting new accounts
• Partner with Amazon Business to represent the company at conferences throughout the year
• Conduct business reviews and discovery with customers and prospects to align Amazon Books solutions with their requirements
• Maintain accurate account information and sales pipeline in Salesforce, including forecasting and activity prioritization to achieve quarterly quota goals
• Provide ongoing account management to develop and grow existing customer relationships
• Research and maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape and product offerings
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Books Organization products, features, and functionalities
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive deal closure and business growth
• Gather and report Voice of Customer feedback to influence product roadmap development
