Role
Who you are
- You have around 4 years of in-house recruiting experience, with a focus on commercial or G&A hiring, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- You're confident in managing full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closing
- You have strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools
- You build trusted relationships with hiring managers and collaborate effectively across teams
- You're organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a great candidate experience
- You're genuinely excited about AI, and already use it to work more effectively
- You speak English fluently. Additional languages, like German or French, are a plus

- We’re the team that is responsible for enabling the hiring success at Frontify. That includes attracting new applicants, engaging with people, and hiring our future colleagues

- We're looking for a Talent Partner to help us attract and hire exceptional commercial and G&A talent during an exciting period of growth
- You'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire people who will help shape Frontify's future
- In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a range of commercial and G&A positions, helping us build quality talent pipelines while creating a thoughtful and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders alike
- Through collaborative partnerships and a proactive approach to sourcing, you'll play a key role in supporting Frontify's continued growth
- This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with an ideal start date in September 2026
- You'll own full-cycle recruiting across commercial and G&A functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operations teams
- You'll partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview processes, and hiring priorities
- You'll proactively source and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels, building proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- You'll deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and thoughtful guidance throughout the process
- You'll manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for quality and efficiency
- You'll collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to support consistent and inclusive hiring practices
- You'll use recruiting data and market insights to help improve hiring outcomes and inform decision-making
