Who you are
- We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in SaaS environments at growth-stage companies, specializing in rapid prototyping and development using React and Next.js

- Proven expertise with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, and vector databases
- Proficiency in React/Next.js, with a strong portfolio of projects
- Experience with Python for backend development
- A minimum of 5 years in software development or a related field, with a focus on SaaS platforms
- While formal education is not a strict requirement, a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Desirable
- Experience in developing mobile-compatible web applications, ensuring responsive design and functionality across devices
- Familiarity with OpenAI/AzureAI APIs and Vector Databases, demonstrating an ability to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into web solutions
- Experience with LangChain/LangSmith/Llama Index
- Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks

Procurement Sciences AI has brought a variety of AI-powered tools to the federal procurement sector, accelerating the pace at which deals can be facilitated. Its tools integrate into pre-existing software such as SharePoint and Google Drive so that procurement teams can save time without learning new software.
At present, Procurement Sciences has large clients in the aerospace and defence sectors, alongside more than one hundred small and medium-sized companies across many sectors. The company has also attracted significant early-stage funding which it will use to expand its reach as it focusses particularly on helping small businesses make gains in federal procurement.
