- Experience in both backend and frontend engineering

What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Engineer at Pair Team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the tools that power our care delivery. You’ll lead end-to-end development of new product features, from initial concept through deployment and iteration
- Own core product initiatives and drive full-stack development using modern web technologies
- Build scalable, high-performance applications that support both clinical and patient experiences
- Identify and implement improvements across our platform to enhance speed, reliability, and usability
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions
- Help guide architectural decisions that will support our growing team and mission-driven roadmap
- Impact & Growth: Operates with increasing scope and autonomy; Senior engineer is not a stopping point. Seeks feedback, takes on new challenges, and continues to grow
- Technical Leadership: Drives technical design and direction. Leads design discussions, navigates trade-offs, and aligns the team around sound architectural decisions
- System Design: Designs scalable solutions for moderate to high-complexity problems. Balances technical, operational, and cross-functional considerations (e.g., operations, medical)
- Highly Autonomous Execution: Owns projects end-to-end. Balances priorities effectively, delivers on proposals, and follows through with consistent, high-quality execution
