Who you are

Work closely with the VP of Product to define UX journey diagrams, key UI principles and feature briefs. Investigate competitive landscape and user feedback to create reports on needed features. Propose videos / images / documents and be part of the overall product thinking
Excellent written and verbal english ( additional languages a bonus )
Excited to learn new technologies and empathic with customer experiences / concerns
Proactive, structured, attention to detail and comfortable with remote work
Able to follow and expand on given brief - startup experience a bonus
Able to do UX diagrams / UI design / image editing / technical writing

What the job involves

Create visuals and assets that promote and realise the UX / UI vision. Work with the digital designer to define UI motion and videos for stakeholder feedback and marketing purposes
Support product design with UI assets and mockups. Source images / videos / references
Support developers by maintaining the UI reference library ( style / icons / patterns / grids )
UX / UI design, creative process 50%
Work with digital designer to create videos / UI design / training manuals 30%
Create, maintain and expand documentation / image / video / pattern library 20%
