Who you are
- We provide comprehensive training, so no previous billing experience is necessary
- Educational Background: Associate degree (AA) required; Bachelor's degree preferred in office management, business administration, or a related field
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and vlookups; familiarity with EHR/EMR systems a plus
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions with various stakeholders
- Time Management: Proven ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
- Comfortable with using Excel on a day-to-day basis (e.g. pivot tables, etc.)
- This full-time position operates from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday

- As an Operator you will be a vital part of our Revenue Cycle function at our Mountain View, CA location
- This role presents a remarkable opportunity for growth within the Operations team working on the medical billing sector
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, entry, and analysis of data essential for claim submissions, reconciliations, and denials. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all processed data
- Problem Resolution: Identify and address discrepancies in data. Communicate effectively with necessary parties to resolve issues quickly, maintaining workflow efficiency
- Professional Communication: Maintain regular and professional interactions via phone with patients, insurance representatives, and healthcare providers, ensuring courteous and efficient communication
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations leaders to ensure seamless data processing and accurate reporting, contributing to operational excellence
