Role
Who you are
- Experience in digital campaign management
- Autonomous and fast learner, able to work on own and deliver projects on time
- E-commerce or retail experience
- Ability to not only generate process improvement initiatives and new ideas, but to ensure measurement of their success; familiar with online marketing KPIs
- CMS and Google Analytics experience would be preferred
What the job involves
- Responsible for briefing all marketing campaign activity to support our campaign calendar ensuring that assets are delivered to all marketing channels
- Support channel owners to ensure that the requirements support the business objectives
- Project manage the campaign asset workload and trafficking through integration with the commercial, merchandise and design teams
- Supporting the customer journey experience through landing page recommendations
- Leading the post campaign analysis, supported by our inhouse analyst to ensure the campaign activity is effective and continues to evolve
- Supporting the Paws brand launch activity to ensure integration with existing activity
- Working collaboratively with the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure campaign messaging is included through performance channels
- Working with our key strategic supplier partners to tailor supporting campaign recommendations to meet their business objectives

It exists because of the deep emotional bond between pets and owners, helping customers to help them to do the best for their pet’s physical and emotional wellbeing. Paws Holdings does this by building personalised health and nutrition programmes.
Since its founding, Paws Group has acquired Pet-supermarket, Medicanimal, Pet Meds and Paws.com. This means that it will be helping more than half a million dog and cat parents across Europe, with an estimated turnover of more than £55 million.
In 2021, Paws Group acquired Fetch, originally owned by Ocado, in order to gain a foothold in the online market which has experienced significant growth since the start of 2020. Over the next ten years, the team aims to grow Paws Holdings to a £100 million business.
