Who you are

What the job involves

- Identification and deployment of new solutions to encourage our clients to adopt virtuous behaviors (modal shift, use of alternative fuels...)
- Design of tools (dashboards, web apps etc.) for sales teams
- Regulatory monitoring and production of educational content (white papers, podcasts etc.) on the carbon impact of freight
- 👉 30% Cross-cutting Projects (non-exhaustive list)
- Implementation of LLMs (e.g., GPT-x) in our products and processes
- Creation of tools and web apps for various teams (e.g., recruitment pipeline prediction tool for the TAM team)
- Improvement of our products (Atlas, Hermes)
- 👉 30% Tooling and Rationalization
- Benchmarking and choice of performance tracking tools for the tech team
- Benchmarking and choice of tools for continuing education tracking
- Optimization and rationalization of software costs (measure/reduce diptych)

Growth of the e-commerce industry across the globe and an increase in free trade agreements has fuelled global digital freight forwarding market growth. However, the transport sector continues to be severely affected by strikes, container shortages or health crises.
Ovrsea is a digital freight forwarder management platform that coordinates all operations and digitalises processes. This enables freight companies to optimise international transport, by following the progress of transports in real-time, and having quick access to information, documents and advice in times of disruption.
Their largest customers include Nuxe and Yves Rocher. Ovrsea are planning to continue their focus on hiring to penetrate new markets in Europe, North America and Asia.
