Who you are

1-3 years of experience in Community Management or related field
Passion for gaming and an understanding of player motivations and needs
Self-starter who is a collaborator and is naturally inclined to present creative solutions
Comfortable working with competing priorities without compromising work results

Work with remote colleagues and across many different departments within the company and across the globe
Knowledge of EA's sports portfolio, EA SPORTS NHL, UFC and PGA TOUR

What the job involves

Work with the Community Manager to help define the global community strategies to build communities for EA SPORTS NHL, UFC and PGA
Execute on the community strategies with the Community Manager and with the Integrated Communications Director
Collaborate with other managers across PR, Creator and Social teams to ensure execution of the tactics/campaign beats
Develop relationships with Core Creators and Influencers, partnering with Brand, Creative and partner agencies on the Creator strategy for the product(s)
Create community feedback/sentiment reports for comms, brand and studio teams
Organize and moderate Design Councils to deliver audience-relevant feedback to studio, brand and comms teams
