Who you are

Educational background in graphic design
+2 years of experience in a Marketing team or similar
Proficient in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma) and skills in the G-Suite environment such as Google Slides or Docs
Ideally, you will also have a good command of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript, WordPress development, or a strong desire to learn
Knowledge of video editing programs (Premiere, After Effects) and video production
Familiarity with design specifications for online and offline materials
Good communication skills in written and spoken English. You are used to interacting with a large variety of business stakeholders such as sales, customer success, people etc
Web portfolio demonstrating relevant experience
Understanding of design systems and components
A willingness to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves

Design offline and online graphic materials for marketing, product and media channels
Create video materials for our video podcast as well as different stakeholders such as commercial or people teams
Design branded content for our growing social media channels
Enhance the artistic content of our marketing assets
Improve sales presentations & create infographic posters
Manage web assets like banners, newsletters and social blasts
Look after the (offline) design of flyers, company merchandise and other promo materials
Develop and maintain brand guidelines that ensure all designs align with the brand's standards and messaging
Constantly search for opportunities to improve the product's visuals and be aware of the mainstream digital design trends
Act as a brand guardian. Help the wider team ensure materials they create adhere to brand guidelines
