Role
Who you are
- Able to demonstrate proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant. We value diverse experiences, so if you've got transferable skills, we want to hear from you!
- Knowledgeable of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Familiarity with managing a hybrid working model is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular). If you're a tech
- Whizz with other software, that's a bonus!
- Able to demonstrate hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., printers). If you're comfortable troubleshooting tech issues remotely, even better!
- Able to demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. We love people who can juggle tasks with a smile!
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills. If you're the kind of person who spots a problem before anyone else and loves finding solutions, you're our kind of person
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. We're all about clear, positive, and inclusive communication

- In possession of a college degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus. But remember, we value skills and experience just as much as formal education
What the job involves
- Oversee and manage all office procedures and processes, ensuring a seamless blend of in-person and remote work environments
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure all office and remote working equipment are in optimal condition
- Maintain the physical office spaces in London and Manchester, ensuring they are well-kept, safe, and welcoming for all team members and visitors
- Provide general support to visitors and remote team members, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our hybrid working model
- Address team members' queries regarding office management issues, whether they're working from the office or remotely
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services, to ensure a comfortable and productive working environment
- Plan in-house or virtual team activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences, fostering a sense of community and collaboration across all locations
