Role
Who you are
- 2–4 years in Revenue/Ops, BizOps, SalesOps, or another analytical business support role
- Strong analytical skills in Excel / GSheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleanup, modeling)
- Familiarity with GTM tools like Salesforce, Clari, LeanData, Apollo (or similar)
- Comfort working with ambiguity and prioritizing across multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A mindset geared toward problem-solving, iteration, and cross-functional collaboration
Desirable
- Experience with territory design or quota/assignment workflows
- Experience building dashboards in SFDC/Clari and a BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with sales engagement or enrichment tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo)
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our GTM Operations team. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving operational puzzles, and wants to grow a career at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and systems
- You'll support the day-to-day and strategic needs of our Revenue teams — helping us scale faster, smarter, and with clarity
- This is a great opportunity to build full-stack RevOps skills: you’ll get hands-on experience with planning, reporting, systems design, and cross-functional problem solving, all while working closely with senior operators across the business
- Support the reporting and analysis that drives the forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business planning
- Assist in territory design, account assignment workflows, and related GTM operations
- Support sales leaders in providing a consistent business rhythm and driving clarity into the key levers to success within their region
- Partner with the Business Systems team to continue to evolve best-in-class systems that support revenue outcomes, including finding ways for AI to help provide leverage throughout our GTM motion
- Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot issues across CRM, routing, and enrichment workflows
- Work cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to drive progress and eliminate friction

Our take
Traditional processes of debugging apps and IT services are becoming obsolete due to the mass adoption of cloud-based tools. However, whilst cloud-based development presents a modern and unified solution to application building, frameworks for troubleshooting such services are not currently something many businesses are prepared for.
Honeycomb provides troubleshooting tools that allow cloud-based software developers to observe code on API tools, live applications, and microservices. The troubleshooting dashboard is designed to be highly visual and user-friendly, thus allowing developers to diagnose cloud-based problems without having a deep understanding of computer science.
The company is building on its 2022 momentum after achieving another consecutive year of 2x revenue growth, driving 160% net revenue retention for its 600+ customers around the globe. Series D awarded in 2023 will be channelled into geographical expansion and supporting its products. Honeycomb’s approach is unique as it is facilitating the harmonious deployment of cloud-based debugging tools in a landscape where such services are essential yet difficult to understand.
