Who you are

Experience building and supporting infrastructure and services in AWS
Exposure or understanding of using configuration management tooling
Experience of writing code to automate processes
Familiarity with IaC such as Terraform or CloudFormation
A background working with and maintaining Linux servers
Experience working on CICD pipelines (we use Github Actions)

What the job involves

We are now looking to hire a DevOps Engineer for our LA office to support us in enhancing our platform to make it more efficient and scalable, whilst supporting the rapid innovation happening within our Engineering, Film, and Science teams
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be spending the majority of your time working with our VFX, Production, and Science teams in LA to ensure they have the appropriate tools and infrastructure available to them
Furthermore, this DevOps Engineer will work with the wider DevOps and Engineering function to contribute to the future architecture, design, and tooling within Flawless

Our take

Good films and television shows have always been at the mercy of poor overdubbing when translated into foreign languages, rendered unnatural-looking and often comical. Today, many choose subtitles instead or just skip foreign-language films entirely.

Flawless AI managed to create a craze in the Hollywood media for its flagship offering, TrueSync, a visual dubbing software which leverages AI to re-time mouth movements and create near-perfect lip-syncs in any language. Essentially, Flawless is using sophisticated deepfake technology for the good of films and TV.

TrueSync has quickly become a game-changer in the entertainment industry, earning recognition as one of TIME's best inventions of 2021 and winning an AI Tech Award. More recently, Flawless strengthened its leadership with Jen Hollingsworth, former Lionsgate Executive, to help expand its reach. With her experience in film and TVF, Flawless is set to revolutionize how audiences experience foreign-language content, making it more accessible and enjoyable worldwide.
