Who you are
- You have 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, or a similar role, and you’re excited to work in the SaaS environment
- You have strong English skills (native), both written and spoken. German skills are a plus
- You bring a strong curiosity for tech and enjoy exploring new tools and systems
- You work in a structured manner, take a high level of ownership, and stand out through strong organisational skills
- You’re highly motivated to take Superchat to the next level, driving impact, taking ownership, and contributing to long-term success
- You have strong critical thinking skills that enable you to analyze complex situations and make well-founded decisions quickly and effectively
What the job involves
- At Superchat, we’re reimagining how businesses communicate with their customers. Our mission is simple: Communicating with a business should be as easy and natural as talking to a friend
- You develop a deep technical understanding of our product and become a key point of contact for our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- You take ownership and support our customers from onboarding onwards, helping them use Superchat successfully and solve challenges together
- You address our customers’ needs with empathy and expertise, advising them on new features, product updates, and how to achieve their goals with Superchat
- You gain a strong understanding of how customers use our product, actively collect feedback, and proactively contribute to the further development of our software
- You collaborate on cross-team projects that take our customer experience to the next level
Our take
Superchat helps businesses streamline their customer communications by combining all the relevant and high-usage chat methods (Including WhatsApp, email, and SMS) into a single channel. On the one end, it means customers have a convenient and centralised selection of options, and on the other, customer service representatives can keep track of all conversations from a single hub. Superchat is focused expressly on small and medium-sized enterprises, who have been especially feeling the need for productivity tools like this over recent years.
Poor customer service is an increasingly unaffordable misstep, especially in the European market where Superchat operates - the vast majority of customers will quit a transaction if it’s going badly, and billions are lost each year over this problem. With the backdrop already unforgiving, SMEs can’t afford to slip further behind, so appetite for Superchat’s product is strong.
It may play well for Superchat if it chooses to further expand its operations, too - reports suggest that the future of good customer service lies in speed and efficiency, and an omnichannel communications hub is an elegant way of getting there.
