What the job involves

Be the face of Garrison by providing exceptional front-of-house support, welcoming visitors and clients, managing goods in and goods out procedures, and contributing to the smooth running of our office.
Play a vital role in executing on-site functions/events, contributing to the organisation of company meetings and workshops that foster collaboration and innovation.
Helping to maintain the office's vibrant atmosphere by keeping inventory well-stocked and ensuring the general tidiness of shared spaces like meeting rooms and casual areas.
Be a versatile team player by supporting the wider business with a variety of ad-hoc administrative and logistical tasks. This could range from arranging travel to handling clerical duties, such as scanning, filing, data entry, and diary management.

The founders' previous experience at national-security specialist Detica and BAE Systems (one of the largest defence companies) has been a serious advantage as Garrison has developed.
