Role
Who you are
- 5+ years in a Product Manager or similar role working in fast growing teams in a software or systems integration company
- MS/BS degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong passion for creating and delivering the best product user experience for customers, providing value and impact
- Ability to identify and/or understand complex business and customer challenges and break these down into easy-to-understand problems with product solutions
- Driving desire for continuous product improvement
- Enjoying speaking with customers and identifying new opportunities to quickly prototype, test, measure, optimize and iterate in order to validate an idea
- Efficient in communicating and working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, QA & Business and C-level stakeholders)
- Experienced in 0-1 and 1-N product development including successful product launches with solid knowledge on successful GTM strategy and delivery
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies, and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (such as dynamic web/mobile apps, IoT development, DevOps and CI/CD, ad tech platforms, payment tech, and/or robotics, data science skills handy (power BI, Python, etc))
- Excellent project, risk management, and problem-solving skills
- You are data-driven, comfortable working with market, business, customer and product data to inform product decision-making
- Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong Agile mindset and familiarity with other development methodologies
- Fluent in English
- Would be a bonus: ability to coach and mentor, experience in the retail industry, experience in working with people of different cultures and mindsets, experience in building products which include hardware
What the job involves
- Defining the product vision and roadmap with senior business stakeholders, supporting it with initial market research
- Providing vision and direction to development teams, removing impediments and ensuring work focuses on maximizing business value
- Defining business requirements, technical requirements, feature specifications, create wireframes and product documentation, participate in UX-projects
- Leading the product planning process, creating realistic release plans and managing stakeholder expectations for the delivery of new features
- Closely cooperating with designers, R&D, QA, security, architecture, and other teams
- Assisting to the development of product marketing plan and sales pipeline management, develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Using market analyses and data insights to identify growth and development opportunities
- Help Invenda customers understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they should be delivered to maximize effectiveness
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
