Role
Who you are
- Ability to understand the goals of prospects and build strong relationships with clients through a consultative approach
- Demonstrate a process-oriented, agile approach as products and sales strategies evolve
- Knowledge of dynamics in the German market
- Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are an advantage
What the job involves
- Reports to: Head of Sales, DACH
- Develop new business opportunities across the DACH territory
- Cross-sell and up-sell solutions to our B2B customers
- Generating appointments and activities that lead to sales opportunities
- Establish and expand business relationships (C-level, HR Development, etc.)
- Reach and exceed individual sales targets monthly
- Ensure our CRM system is updated and accurate (MS Dynamics)
