• At least 3+ years of customer facing experience at a leading
technology or payments company and a track record of top performance
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships
with cross-functional business partners

Desirable

• As an Account Executive, BaaS, you will use your sales expertise to help drive growth of Stripe’s BaaS (Issuing and Treasury) products within our Startup and SMB segments
• You will collaborate with product, marketing, and other GTM teams to develop product and industry knowledge and close deals with prospective Stripe BaaS users
• Accountable for driving revenue, increasing attach rates, and new
client acquisition within the Startup and SMB segments
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and lead discussions with
existing and prospective BaaS customers
• Understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe Issuing &
Treasury and serve as a customer-facing expert in these product areas
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to
help shape Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs
