Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
- Proficient with BI technologies (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Azure Data Platform.)
- Proficient with Python, DAX and M languages
- Experience with data modeling, data visualization, and dashboard development
- Knowledge of database design and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence in the games industry

What the job involves
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements
- Translate business requirements into ETL and report specification
- Gather and analyze business data to support data-driven decision-making
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders
- Develop and implement data models to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and business growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with security policies and practices in accordance with internal and external audit governing bodies
- Support data governance processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence
