Who you are

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or three (3) years of experience in the job offered
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field))
Two (2) years of experience using the following: (1) APIs; (2) APEX; (3) Lightning Components; (4) Visualforce; (5) Test Classes; (6) SOQL; (7) SOSL; (8) Triggers; (9) Custom Objects; (10) Web services
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable

What the job involves

Responsible for Salesforces Mission Critical Support handling and execution of cases of all severities
Implement and find ways to prevent customer issues through proactive support and monitoring
Provide the highest level of support and expertise to some of the largest and most strategic accounts
Develop a strong partnership across Worldwide Support, R&D and the Support Operations Team
Ensure customers are satisfied with Salesforce’s suite of products
Serve as a Salesforce cloud application and platform expert
