Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years experience in managing multiple and simultaneous projects from conception to completion
- Relevant experience operating within a Real Estate (Projects, Facilities Management or similar) service delivery environment
- Good experience of managing suppliers and stakeholders to achieve beneficial project outcomes
- Working knowledge of property leases, construction contracts, insurance arrangements and construction best practices
- Good awareness of sustainability considerations and sustainable practices, ideally with experience of developing and applying these across projects and/or supply chains
What the job involves
- Assessing properties in our purchasing pipeline, setting scopes of work and corresponding budgets
- Managing works as properties enter our portfolios
- Coordinating project closedowns and owning subsequent reporting
- Building and maintaining healthy and sustainable relationships with our supply chain
- Communicating updates cross-functionally and with Senior Management
