Who you are

3+ years of experience in a Client Services role within digital advertising
Prior experience in campaign attribution/measurement
The ability to communicate with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills

The confidence to be client-facing; presenting, leading calls and being a main point of contact

What the job involves

As our Senior Account Manager, you will be managing your own set of client accounts and will deliver exceptional service to leverage LoopMe’s campaign Measurement solutions
You will be collaborating strategically with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth
Project managing all aspects of our measurement campaigns to ensure a smooth activation and delivery of reporting/analytics to clients
Advising clients on measurement solutions, following LoopMe’s SLAs and processes
Ensuring campaigns are set up to support reporting needs and quality-checking reports before sharing with clients
Growing accounts through best-in-class service and thoughtful recommendations
Co-leading client calls to discuss account strategy and build product confidence
Escalating troubleshooting and product needs
Continuous learning from Client Services, Sales, Product, Data Science

Our take

According to LoopMe, traditional digital KPIs, such as views and clicks, are the metrics that are usually used to measure the success of a marketing campaign, but are often the least relevant. LoopMe aims to solve this problem by helping brands and agencies obtain better advertising results by using AI to optimise campaign delivery.

LoopMe differentiates itself through the innovation of its product, PurchaseLoop. The tool uses purchase data, location and surveys in order to precisely target prospects, delivering twice the results that can be obtained using traditional optimisation. This has led to LoopMe's product being adopted by major brands such as Pepsi, Microsoft and Sony Pictures.

In 2022, LoopMe was acquired by Mayfair Equity Partners. This injection of capital supported LoopMe's expansion in the United States market. Despite the difficulties facing the global economy and the tech sector specifically towards the end of 2022, LoopMe continued to grow steadily and embarked on a global hiring round to support its ongoing expansion and product development.
