What the job involves

The Executive Operations & Culture Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a vibrant and efficient workplace
You will be the go-to person for NYC office management, a key support for the CEO, and an advocate for our company culture
This position combines various responsibilities that are essential to our team's success and cohesion
Oversee onboarding processes for new employees
Manage vendor relationships, including office supplies and swag
Curate and maintain a welcoming office environment
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as hosting events and occasional errands that can be taken off his plate
People & Culture: Foster a positive office environment by understanding team dynamics and identifying who may need support
Plan and execute team-building retreats, happy hours, and company-wide events to enhance employee engagement
Collaborate with team members to cultivate and maintain a strong company culture that reflects our values
Work on Special Projects as needed: support various departments on initiatives that align with company goals and objectives
