Who you are

We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to grow in an ethics-driven environment that values sustainability and diversity
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, a related technical field or relevant industry experience
Expert knowledge of Python
3+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on machine learning, data science or operations research applications
Hands-on experience with front-end development with a known JS framework (preferably Next.js )
Experience in developing, deploying and maintaining software systems on the cloud, e.g. AWS
Proficiency with git and CI/CD pipelines
Demonstrated experience in coaching and knowledge sharing to familiarize teams with software engineering best practices
Strong ability to work with APIs and design efficient application workflows
Excellent communication and soft skills: a people’s person
Ability to work with experts from different professional backgrounds, both in-person and through online resources
