Who you are
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management for SaaS products
- Product management skills: Strong skills in product discovery, validation, experimentation, and commercialization
- Analytical skills: Highly skilled in and enthusiastic about data analysis and product insights. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions
- Industry knowledge: Experience in the localization industry
- Technical expertise: Strong technical background with experience in developing and scaling SaaS solutions and 3rd party integrations
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager, an innovator at heart, to explore new opportunities that help our customers optimize and automate their TMS translation workflows
- In this role, you will leverage your market research and discovery skills, along with a strong analytical mindset, to gain a deep understanding of the localization industry and drive the development of pioneering solutions
- Opportunity identification: Conduct thorough research to discover emerging trends, customer needs, and market gaps, driving the identification of innovative product opportunities
- Compelling storytelling: Develop and deliver strong narratives that clearly convey the product’s value proposition, positioning, and strategic benefits. Use storytelling to align stakeholders around the product vision, gaining buy-in and fostering enthusiasm for new initiatives
- Discovery and experimentation: Lead an iterative discovery process, utilizing experimentation to validate ideas and guide product development
- Vision development: Craft a product vision and roadmap focused on helping customers streamline and optimize their translation workflows to achieve higher levels of automation and efficiency
- Product development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to guide product development
- Data-driven product evolution: Establish KPIs and leverage data insights to refine product strategies and make informed decisions
