Account Executive, 8am

• 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience, preferably in SaaS sales to mid-market or larger accounts
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota
• Consultative, solutions-focused selling style with the ability to influence and educate buyers
• Self-starter with strong business acumen, confidence in deal strategy, and comfort navigating complex orgs
• Competitive edge, but also a true team player who shares best practices and lifts others up
• Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• A driven deal-closer with a passion for winning and helping clients achieve real outcomes

• At 8am, we’re growing fast and looking for an Account Executive to help us capture new mid-market opportunities and accelerate our expansion
• Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market clients — from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals
• Deeply understand client challenges and align them with the value of AffiniPay’s industry-leading solutions
• Deliver high-impact product demos and business case proposals to decision-makers
• Negotiate sound financial agreements which are solid business solutions for our software solutions and our clients
• Accurately forecast and track sales activity in Salesforce; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals
