Who you are
- A proven track record of leveraging data science methods to deliver measurable results and tackle real-world challenges
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages for constructing and analyzing statistical models
- Strong storytelling and visualization abilities to communicate data-driven insights to key decision makers
- Expertise in working with large-scale data and fluency in querying languages such as SQL

- As a key member of the Ads Applied Research team, you’ll help create data-driven insights and innovative solutions that empower creators and elevate Unity’s ad ecosystem to its highest potential
- Your work will shape tools and platforms that drive value for our diverse global user base

- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and solve impactful business challenges
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to optimize Unity’s ads marketplace and user engagement tools
- Partner with multi-functional teams to shape data-driven strategies and communicate actionable findings effectively
- Explore new datasets and methods to validate hypotheses and strengthen Unity's data science capabilities
- Drive product innovation by integrating advanced data analysis to inform decision-making and improvements
