- As Customer Support Agent (gn), you help our users by phone & email and are part of our dedicated support team at sofatutor
- As Customer Support Agent (gn) at sofatutor, you are an important part of our support team and help our users by phone and email with all questions regarding our learning platform
- You ensure smooth processes and contribute to our customers getting the most out of their learning experience
- Responding to incoming inquiries via email and phone
- Assisting with questions about our products, subscriptions, or promotions
- Assisting with navigation on our website
- Maintaining and updating customer data as well as other administrative tasks
