What the job involves

As Customer Support Agent (gn), you help our users by phone & email and are part of our dedicated support team at sofatutor
As Customer Support Agent (gn) at sofatutor, you are an important part of our support team and help our users by phone and email with all questions regarding our learning platform
You ensure smooth processes and contribute to our customers getting the most out of their learning experience
Responding to incoming inquiries via email and phone
Assisting with questions about our products, subscriptions, or promotions
Assisting with navigation on our website
Maintaining and updating customer data as well as other administrative tasks

Our take
