Who you are
- Admitted to the bar in any state
- 1+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts

Desirable

What the job involves
- The Commercial Counsel will play an integral role in supporting the legal function across Redox and becoming a trusted partner and advisor to all business segments
- While this role will primarily be partnering with Redox’s sales team to negotiate and close deals at pace with acceptable risk, it will also be responsible for supporting all teams in engaging with outside vendors
- Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to grow and expand their expertise across all corporate legal functions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (including customer-facing and vendors)
- Document learnings to create a long-term knowledge management system for future Redoxers
- Participate in or manage the process to create efficiency in contracting, including self serve options for sales and other parts of Redox
- Support the legal functions in other business areas as required, including compliance, customer success and employment matters

Privacy concerns, insufficiently skilled staff and low funding have kept digital transformation in healthcare moving slowly. But another major problem is integrating digital solutions into old-fashioned systems. Redox serves as a crucial link between legacy healthcare systems and digital health services, by enabling these services to access and interpret patients' electronic health records.
Redox's platform offers an intermediary for point-to-point connection, connecting products, providers, and payers. With access to data and services throughout the healthcare ecosystem, companies are able to build easier and create better digital healthcare products faster, helping to transform the legacy landscape of medicine.
Redox has worked with hundreds of app developers, connecting them to a vast number of electronic health records from a range of providers. It has partnered with several other companies, including Smile Digital Health, towards making it easier for legacy data to be transformed for use in digital health services, and has begun international expansion with movement into Canada.
