• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS for retail and ecommerce workloads, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for peak-traffic resilience, cost efficiency, and rapid innovation
• Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many enablement sessions to transfer knowledge to ecommerce customers considering or already using AWS — covering topics such as GenAI-powered personalization, real-time analytics, and cloud-native commerce architectures
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the AWS Solutions Architect community, with a focus on ecommerce and retail patterns
• Author or contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, workshops, and reference architectures tailored to the RRCG vertical
• Build deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders at East Coast ecommerce companies to enable them to become cloud advocates and accelerate their digital transformation
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, AWS service engineering teams, and support — advocating for ecommerce-specific product needs and roadmap priorities
