Role
Who you are
- Previous experience supporting CEO & other C-suite individuals
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment within start up is a plus
- Experience with successfully coordinating and executing company-wide events
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Highly efficient and organised - you optimise time and resources, streamline diaries and proactively anticipate challenges and identify solutions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to different audiences, from investors, board members to employees at all levels of seniority
- Able to provide support for international and sophisticated travel needs, providing flexibility on working hours when required to support meeting coordination across time zones during certain periods of the year
- This includes drafting travel itineraries, providing logistics assistance remotely, and assisting with visa processing
- Be responsible for the day to day running of the London office liaising with the building management, internal IT department, suppliers, equipment, and stock control
- Worked with the People teams to organise company events
Desirable
- Fintech, Payments, Financial Services, or tech industry experience
- Have a background in start-ups and scale-ups
- Have worked directly with a founder in the past
What the job involves

- We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and the role can be on an initial 6–9-month contract or permanent employment depending to your needs
- Act as a right hand to our CEO, removing barriers that free him to bring our business to the next level
- Support COO as well as other C Suite if needed
- Manage complex calendars, track deliverables, and monitor task completion
- Take minutes in quarterly board meetings and track actions
- Manage office facilities and deliver an excellent on-site experience to our visitors
- Maintain strong relationship with CEO’s first line to effectively prioritise decision-making process
- Organize complex travel arrangements
- Continuously introduce more efficient ways of executing your work and supporting team members
- Manage ad-hoc duties and projects - event planning, investor support, employee experience initiatives, etc
