• This associate program role is ideal for someone eager to learn the foundations of People Operations in a fast-paced, engineering-driven aerospace environment
• You’ll contribute to high-impact projects and day-to-day operations across onboarding, compliance, HR systems, and culture-building initiatives
• Associate positions at Astranis typically last for twelve weeks, and are salaried roles designed for new grads who have graduated from a four-year university
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating equipment logistics, and scheduling orientation sessions
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal systems
• Assist with immigration tracking and compliance documentation under ITAR requirements
• Help coordinate company events, trainings, and internal communications
• Support data entry and reporting for people metrics and compliance audits
• Partner with the Recruiting, IT, and Facilities teams to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Contribute to People team process documentation and process improvements
• Provide general administrative support to the People team as needed
