Who you are
- Degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with either Android or iOS development
- Experience with hybrid development frameworks, such as Flutter or React Native
- Experience in interacting and working directly with customers
- Experience in the CyberSecurity industry would be a huge bonus (mobile app security would be a huge bonus)
- Project-driven mindset
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Solution Integration Engineer to join our new solution integration team. You will be responsible for helping our customers in developing their mobile (Android/iOS) use cases using our solution
- You will be interacting directly with the technical teams of our customers, working in a wide variety of technologies and industries
- Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and business challenges and recommend best-practice solutions and architectures for product integration and roll-out
- Build technical relationships with customers and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide
- Work together with the CTO, the Product Owners, and the technical teams to communicate customer needs and participate in the definition of new customer-requested features
- Analyze customer issues and escalate to Support and Product teams as necessary
- Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts)
- Be an active participant in adapting our SDK to work on hybrid frameworks such as Flutter or React Native
- Share the voice of the customer to inform the roadmap of Build38 features
- Not be limited to product technical development, but be involved in the full Build38 project
