• Strong knowledge of employment regulations and cross-jurisdictional payroll compliance
• Payroll certification (e.g., CPP or equivalent) is a plus
• Proven experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees across regions
• Previous leadership of payroll at a tech company is highly preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
