Compensation Analyst, Dynatrace

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of direct compensation and/or financial analysis experience

• The Compensation Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to support and maintain market-competitive compensation programs that foster a dynamic culture and enable the attraction and retention of talent
• As part of the Global Compensation Team, this role will provide analytical, technical, and administration support across all compensation offerings
• Compensation projects include annual incentive plan administration, global compensation planning cycles, market data management and data research and analysis for budget models, analytics, and dashboards
• Assist in the implementation, administration and analysis of compensation programs, policies, and projects (e.g., annual merit, variable pay, equity, etc.)
• Complete annual salary and practices surveys to ensure our data is market competitive and current
• Maintain the market data management tool (Payfactors) by partnering with the survey tool vendor and People & Analytics Team to run and upload data
• Responsible for technical support and administration of data, including job matching and reporting
• Participate in the implementation of a new global Human Capital Management system (SAP)
• Work with People & Culture Business Partners and Compensation colleagues to ensure accuracy of all job matches
• Review and evaluate employee salary data, perform job evaluations and analyze survey market data
• Participate in review and updates of the global salary structure, including the creation of job codes and job titles
• Produce compensation reports to support program administration, analysis, and data audits
• Supports the Lead Compensation Analyst with the data entry and auditing of equity grants and reporting
• Assist in the creation of compensation tools and resources, including ad hoc projects and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint as needed
